This hotel is in a great location, very close to the main square and right in the center of everything. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, paying attention to every detail to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is simple but satisfying, offering a good start to the day.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

This hotel is perfectly located near the main square, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful town of Chivay. The newly renovated lobby gives off a comfortable vibe, and the rooms are equipped with very comfortable beds, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff pays attention to detail, providing free towels for the hot springs and offering laundry services.
No significant areas of improvement.

This hotel is located right in the center, just a stone's throw away from the main square. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the wifi not working in the rooms, the staff is friendly and helpful, making up for any inconvenience. The breakfast, although not a great selection, is simple but not too bad.
All was fine, no major issues.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly when we arrived. the location was convenient, close to the main square and some restaurants.
The noise was unbearable; guests and staff were making noise from early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

The hotel was in the center of the town, which made it easy to get around and explore. The room was cozy, and the view from it was stunning. The continental breakfast was great, with an excellent selection of pastries and fruit.
The wifi was almost non-existent in the room, which made it hard to work. , the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, making it hard to take a hot shower.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel is located right in the center of this city, making it very convenient for exploring. Our room was nicely decorated, large and clean. They also had heaters in the rooms, which was helpful. In the morning, we were treated to a good breakfast. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
Can’t fault the property in any way.
